Hundreds of pilgrims on their way to Santiago in the (un)populated areas and along the long roads through the arid landscape sometimes not a human to be seen in thirty kilometres. The first heatstroke is a fact.

A nice alternation of curves and straight roads.

In Navaleno, everyone is inside. It is too hot. Today, though, there were the national elections. Maybe everyone is just sitting in front of the TV screen, as it has been hot here for longer.

Des centaines de pèlerins en route vers Santiago dans les zones (peu) peuplées et le long des longues routes à travers le paysage aride, parfois pas un humain à voir en trente kilomètres. Les premiers coups de chaleur sont là.

Une belle alternance de virages et de routes droites.

A Navaleno, tout le monde est à l'intérieur. Il fait trop chaud. Mais aujourd'hui, il y avait les élections nationales. Peut-être que tout le monde est assis devant son écran, car il fait chaud ici depuis plus longtemps.

Honderden pelgrims op weg naar Santiago in de (on)bevolkte gebieden en langs de lange wegen doorheen het dorre landschap soms geen mens te bespeuren in dertig kilometer. De eerste hitteprik is een feit.

Een mooie afwisseling van bochten en rechte wegen.

In Navaleno zit iedereen binnen. Het is te warm. Vandaag waren er ook wel de nationale verkiezingen. Misschien zit iedereen gewoon voor het scherm, want het is hier al langer warm.

Onbekend, maar een leuke tussenstop op de motorroute op een camping met bomen die de hitte trotseren.
